What are your favorite features of the home?

• We were looking for a two-story home that would provide space for our large family while still being near school and town. One of our favorite features of this home is the large covered deck with stairs. We added an outdoor tv for additional living space that is where we spend our summer days/nights. The trees in the backyard provide privacy while opening up to the backyard firepit area. We also love the custom bar in the basement for family gatherings and holidays. We also liked that there are so many bathrooms to accommodate a 5-bedroom home. Lastly, the large workshop/capped garage area provides ample room for all of your toys and the space to work on them!

What made you buy this home?

• We bought his home when we were expanding our family. The 5 bedrooms were spacious, plenty of bathrooms and the yard was bigger than anything we had been viewing. We loved the idea of the main level primary bedroom with kids' rooms upstairs. We really liked that both Western Dubuque and Dubuque Community Schools Districts bussed to the subdivision and gave us an option for schooling. We enjoy the peaceful mornings and beautiful sunsets that Wildwood Estates offers while still being close to Swiss Valley for hiking, Thunder Hills CC for golfing and pool time, the Peosta Recreation Center, and being just minutes from Dubuque.

If you were to stay in the home, is there anything you would change or add?

• If we were to stay we planned to create a more expansive landscaping area around the backyard firepit.

What updates/improvements have you made since you've owned this home?

• We've updated/remodeled nearly everything in this home. Please see the Improvements page under "Documents."

Why are you selling?

• We found a waterfront property we couldn't resist.

Are there any other features or items we should tell buyers about?

• Our kids and dog love running, playing soccer, baseball, and all of the sports you can imagine on the flat 1.3-acre yard!

• We used and enjoyed ComElec Internet Services, but Maquoketa Valley Electric Cooperative has fiber run throughout Wildwood Estates.
